Muslim outfit calls for out of court settlement in Ayodhya dispute
The statement of this Muslim outfit for amicable solution for disputed Ayodhya case was made just before the court is about to announce the verdict in a week time.
An eminent group of Muslims which consists of former chancellors and IAS officers have called for out of court settlement of disputed Ramjanam bhoomi-Babri Masjid suit. The outfit name ‘Indian Muslim for peace' has said that, the land should be given to Government of india as a goodwill gesture from Muslim side.
Former Aligarh Muslim University Chancellor Zameeruddin Shah and few other IPS officers like Nisar Khan and Vibhuthi Narayan are members of the outfit. The intention of amicable solution will give positive results on maintaining harmony in the country. In this case both sides will be the winners, out of court settlement is best option for this case.
They further said that, even if the court favours the verdict for Muslim side, will it be possible for them to build mosque. The supreme court is scheduled to announce the verdict on most disputed case in history of Indian judicial system in a week time.
